Adobe Comp allows for layout design on the go. Through quick hand gestures, Adobe Comp is capable of quickly creating great-looking layouts for print web and mobile with nothing but your phone. The tools in Adobe Compare very similar to those in Adobe InDesign making Adobe Comp easy to use for people familiar with Indesign while being easy to learn for those who have not. Adobe Comp, like all adobe apps, syncs with the creative cloud allowing the user to access their layout designs from Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator at any time from their Desktop.
Adobe Comp is a great alternative to Adobe Indesign and is more accessible due to it being a free app for tablets and phones. Though some functions are limited if the app is not linked to an adobe creative cloud account, the app is still usable without cloud support and makes a great stand-alone program for layout design.
Though the Adobe Comp is easy to use there is a slight learning curve in order to use it. Since the program is gesture based knowledge of these gestures is required to use the App. If the user does not know or has forgotten the gesture needed to perform a certain action using the app, they will have to look up gesture before being able to perform the function.
